Welcome to yoga for YOU. We offer classes for adults on Tuesday evenings @ 6pm (studio classes) and Sunday afternoons @ 5pm (yoga for athletes). Simply find your style, buy your pass online, and enjoy your class. Namaste!

Adult studio classes

Invigorated. Refreshed. Recharged. Our adult classes on Tuesdays @ 6pm are led by talented instructors from our community. With a variety of yoga styles to choose from, simply find your style, choose your class and enroll online. A great way to wrap up your day!

Added bonus? Our Buy One Get One pass. Check out our 1 adult + 1 free child combo pass if your child is coming to the Butterfly Kids Yoga class on Tuesday @ 6pm (same time, separate room from adult class). Adult and kids passes sold separately as well.

Vinyasa Flow

An invigorating full-body flow class. Set to inspiring tunes with modifications given for all levels. Enjoy yoga through movement and breath. All levels welcome.

Restorative and Gentle Yoga

Refresh and rebuild. Focus on slower movement, stretching and breathing. Sequences designed with a gentler approach to recharge the body and the mind. All levels welcome.

Alignment-based Yoga

Link posture to breath while integrating core principles of alignment. Class offers a well-rounded asana (posture) practice with a heart-centered focus. All levels welcome.

Yoga for Athletes Adult Class

An active class for adults. Each class will deliver an active yoga workout, fire up your core strength, ensure proper alignment, and renew focus and strength. Equal emphasis will be given to stretching, breathing and well-deserved moments of relaxation.
