The Tuesday Night Lineup
Adult Instructor: Mandy Wolfram, Owner - Victor Yoga Studio, RYT200
Mandy Wolfram creates invigorating vinyasa flow yoga classes where she focuses on creative sequences, anchored with Pranayama (breathing techniques), all combined with lively & soothing music to match. She always offers modifications to challenge or to make it more restorative as she strikes a balance to ensure her clients leave her class with a feeling of bliss (and hopes that her clients leave their busy minds behind).
As Mandy says, "I love yoga because it allows me to experience the freedom of my mind. Happiness to me is the challenge in yoga, and the growth it brings to my mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to bring this perspective into every class that I teach. I hope to see you on the mat very soon!"
Mandy is the founder and owner of Victor Yoga Studies where she has built a very successful business over the last 9 years. To learn more about Mandy, please visit her website - www.victoryogastudio.com.
Mandy will be teaching on Tuesday, September 19 and Tuesday, October 10.
Adult Instructor: Heidi Rasmussen, RYT200
Heidi Rasmussen crafts her yoga classes to her audience while focusing on building strength, developing balance, and increasing flexibility. Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to gain a deeper appreciation for their own bodies while also having fun in her yoga classes. Heidi also brings the gift of yoga to many student athletes around the Rochester area through her involvement in a variety of Lacrosse Organizations. (And we have to give a nod to her own lacrosse accolades...simply put, she's an amazing athlete!)
As Heidi says, "Yoga has brought so much positivity and joy into my life, it has helped me change the way I look at things, and it truly has helped me find greater happiness. I find great joy in sharing this yoga gift with others, especially my student athletes. As a coach, yoga is an activity that will help our student athletes physically and mentally, both on and off the field."
Heidi currently teaches around the Rochester area in Physical Therapy Centers, school programs, and for youth sporting teams.
Heidi will be teaching on Tuesday, October 24.
Adult Instructor: Michelle Gipner, Owner - Yoga with Michelle, RYT200
Michelle Gipner's active yoga classes are a blend of creative, upbeat flow and calming centering and are appropriate for students of all levels. She started her training in Denver, CO and strives to create a fun and safe atmosphere, provide clear demonstrations and explanations, and provide each student with many options so that they can customize their experience on their own mat.
As Michelle says, "My classes are active, fun, upbeat. I aim to balance fun sequencing and uplifting music while also providing moments to reflect and re-center."
Michelle currently teaches around the Rochester area, is a part-time faculty member in the Department of Dance and Movement at the University of Rochester, and is a former instructor at Prana Yoga. To learn more about Michelle, please visit her website - - www.facebook.com/michellegipneryoga

Adult Instructor: Ellen Baker, Owner - Root to Rise Yoga, RYT 200
Ellen Baker started focusing on yoga as a way to heal her body and "do no harm" to it. The concept of "Ahimsa" (nonviolence) drives Ellen's yoga classes as she focuses on the body's proper alignment and its ability to heal, change, and communicate. Ellen always adapts poses that are appropriate for each person's ability and body type.
As Ellen says, "I was trained as a dancer from a young age, but after a back injury severely limited my ability to dance and to even go through daily routines, I found yoga as an amazing way to heal and do no harm. I bring this experience into every class I teach."
Ellen currently teaches in the Fairport area. To learn more about Ellen, please visit her website -
Ellen will be teaching on Tuesday, September 12 and Tuesday, October 3.
