Yoga for Athletes Program

Our Yoga for Athletes program offers an effective way for athletes to enhance their performance on and off the field. Each yoga session is geared to compliment an athlete's physical training, enhance mental focus, and develop overall mobility, flexibility, and strength.


Weekly Classes


YOUTH: AGES 8-13
An excellent class designed to compliment youth athletic training. Focus is on flexibility, body strength, coordination, breath work and mental focus for athletes in all sports. 50% of class working on the yoga mat, 50% of class working on the turf. No yoga experience required.

  • Time: 4:00 - 5:00PM

ADULT & TEEN
An active class that focuses on flexibility, body strength, coordination and proper alignment. Equal emphasis will be given to mental focus, breath work and restorative elements. No yoga experience required.

  • Day: Sundays

  • Time: 5:00 - 6:00PM

PASSES
Passes for Athletes may be used for either the Youth or Adult/Teen class and may be shared among participants within the same household. Passes are "flex" -- simply enroll and use as your schedule allows.

  • 1x drop-in: $15

  • 2x pass: $28

  • 5x pass: $65

  • COMBO pass: $20 (Good for 2 people; must be used on the same day.)

Team Sessions

We also offer private team yoga sessions. Your team's Yoga for Athlete session (or series) can take place either at our location or we come to your facility. A great team building experience and enhancement for all athletic programs. Please contact us directly for information on private team pricing and packages.

Physical benefits. Yoga helps athletes increase their mobility, balance, and flexibility. All important components to preventing injuries and improving performance.

Breathing techniques. Yoga compliments athletic training with key stretches, strengthening poses and breathing techniques.

Mental focus. They say that 90% of any game is mental. Yoga is an effective way to help athletes center in and build focus, both on and off the field.

Two instructors (youth class). Class for ages 8-13 is led by two certified instructors with strong team sports backgrounds and extensive athletic experience (see instructors below). Instructor 1 leads with verbal cues while instructor 2 provides visual demonstration.
