Yoga for Teens

Yoga for teens focuses on whole body fitness, mobility, flexibility and strengthening sequences. Equal emphasis placed on mindfulness techniques to improve focus and breath work to reduce anxiety & stress and assist in athletic performance. 

Weekly classes
Join us on Sundays at 5:00 - 6:00pm @ Next Level (Fairport). A class designed for older teens / adults. Each class will deliver an active yoga workout, fire up your core strength, ensure proper alignment, and renew focus and strength. Equal emphasis will be given to stretching, breathing and well-deserved moments of relaxation. Suitable for those who have never taken a yoga class to those who practice regularly.
