Yoga for teens focuses on whole body fitness, mobility, flexibility and strengthening sequences. Equal emphasis placed on mindfulness techniques to improve focus and breath work to reduce anxiety & stress and assist in athletic performance. 

Interested in weekly classes?
Join us on Sundays at 5:00 - 6:00pm @ Next Level (Fairport). A class designed for teens, collegiate level and adults. Suitable for those who have never taken a yoga class to those who practice regularly. Each class will deliver an active yoga workout, fire up your core strength and proper posture alignment, while renewing focus and strength. Equal emphasis will be given to stretching, breathing, and well-deserved moments of relaxation.
