DETAILS: Butterfly Kids Yoga comes to Wellness Days! Students will enjoy fun and engaging yoga sessions to learn how yoga can develop physical and mental strength, self-confidence, and more. All balanced with breath work, mindfulness and a focus on overall wellness.
WHAT TO BRING: Mats will be provided.
