Classes customized by age group

We believe that yoga gives kids practical tools that they can use on and off the mat — from building strength, to boosting flexibility, to providing helpful calming techniques, and so much more.

All classes are drop in style, meaning you can sign up online for the individual dates that work for you.

AGES 2-5

Yoga classes for the littlest yogis! We’ll practice poses together, stretch, play and read a yoga-inspired book or work on a themed activity together. Parents are welcome to stay or children may participate by themselves.

 

 

AGES 5-8

Let’s build strength, flexibility and confidence! We’ll have fun with yoga with themed activities, stretch it out, and enjoy mindful moments to end class.

 

 

AGES 9-13

A class geared towards the physical and emotional wellbeing of Tweens/Teens. We’ll practice poses, build strength, develop focus, enhance flexibility, and enjoy moments to practice mindfulness. Set to great music and with meaningful themes each week!
