Yoga for Athletes (ages 8-13) @ 9:00am
Starting at 9:00am, our Yoga for Athletes lead instructor, Heidi Rasmussen, will lead an excellent class for athletes in all sports. Focus will be on developing overall mobility, flexibility, and strength. Equal emphasis on breathing techniques, mental focus and mindfulness for athletes. Geared for ages 8-13.
Sugar 101 Class for Moms with Mackenzie’s Table
While the kids are enjoying yoga, Moms are invited to join Mackenzie Piccarreto, founder of the popular blog, MackenziesTable.com, to learn everything you need to know about sugar: what it does to our bodies, where it’s hiding in your kitchen, and how to have a better relationship with it. She’ll share recipes, tips, and more!
