CLASS DETAILS: Join us for yoga with Heidi Rasmussen — instructor, coach, mentor and role model. This class focuses on flexibility, stretching, coordination, breath work and mental focus for athletes, teens and those looking for a well-rounded yoga class. Suitable for athletes in-season or off-season and also appropriate for those seeking a welcoming yoga class. Elements of teamwork, positivity, self-care and wellness included in each class.
