Vinyasa Flow with Michelle Gipner (Adult open-level yoga class)

  • Butterfly Kids Yoga @ East Side Wellness Center 625 Ayrault Road Fairport, NY, 14450 United States (map)

Introducing a special event for Saturday, January 21st! I am excited to announce that Butterfly Kids Yoga is partnering with Michelle Gipner (E-RYT 200) to teach two open-level Vinyasa Flow classes on Saturday January 21 while I teach two Butterfly Kids Yoga classes at the same time. This is so great for a few reasons!

  • A parent can take an adult yoga class while their child takes a children's yoga class.

  • Other family members, friends, or Michelle's clients can take her class directly (adult class pass and children's class pass are sold separately).

  • Michelle is one of my favorite yoga teachers in Rochester!  You will love her class.  If you are new to yoga (or not!), kick off 2017 with Michelle.

Here is a bit more about Michelle (in her own words!)

Michelle is a Rochester native, and a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges (BA Dance) and University of Colorado at Boulder (MFA Dance). She began yoga training at CorePower Yoga in Denver, CO, where she completed her teacher training in 2004.  She continued her studies at YogaWorks in New York, and with many of the expert teachers in the Rochester yoga community.  Michelle has taught at Prana Yoga in Fairport and for the YMCA of Rochester.  She also teaches in a variety of workplace settings with Inward Office and recently joined the faculty at the University of Rochester in the Department of Dance and Movement.

I can't wait to see you on Saturday January 21 (and hopefully even before!)

Namaste,
Ali
