Classes offered:

Ages 5-8: Kids Yoga + Art, every Sunday from 11:30am-12:30pm at our studio in Fairport. Sign up below!

Ages 9-13: Tween/Teen Yoga, every other Sunday from 1-2pm at our studio in Fairport. Sign up below!

Ages 2-5: At the Perinton Rec Center on Mondays from 10-10:45am. Current sessions: Sign up through Perinton Rec here.

Family Yoga: Offered one Sunday a month from 3-4pm at our studio in Fairport. Geared for ages 2-4 plus a grownup (passes needed for kids only, adults are free). Next class: Sunday, 4/21. Sign up below!

How to sign up for a studio class

Please visit the schedule below to sign up for a class.

🦋 Helpful tips! Click on the “funnel” icon to filter the schedule to just Butterfly Kids Yoga classes — click “All Class Types” to do this. If you are registering more than one child, you can register your name multiple times to reserve more than one spot.

Passes
Pass packs are sharable between family members and can be used at both Butterfly Kids Yoga and Yoga 170. (Eg. Mom buys a 10-pack and can use it for her kids at Butterfly Kids Yoga classes AND herself for Yoga 170 adult classes).

We call it "Yoga for You. Yoga for your Kids". Adult instructors teach in Studio 1 and Butterfly Kids Yoga teaches in Studio 2. Adult and Kids passes are sold separately. Come for yourself, come for your child, or both!

Adult Yoga: Jessica Gogolski, Owner - Perinton Yoga, NETA Certified

If you are like me, I love hearing about local entrepreneurs starting a business from the ground up, and having it all driven by a true passion. Which is exactly what Perinton Yoga owner, Jessica Gogolski, has accomplished with her amazing yoga business. Jessica has developed quite the following since opening Perinton Yoga in November of 2016! And I can see why. Upon meeting Jessica for the first time, her approachable and welcoming demeanor was so refreshing. Her class will leave you feeling recentered and renewed -- a great way to wrap up your day.

Kids yoga (ages 5-12): Allison Picciano, Owner - Butterfly Kids Yoga

Butterfly Kids Yoga classes are the perfect opportunity for kids to take an active yoga class and then calm down and relax after a busy day. Geared for ages 5 - 12, we'll get the last of our pent-up energy out, and then we will round out class with relaxing and calm moments.
