CLASS SPECIFICS: A great kids yoga class for ages 3-5 Classes are active and fun, with age-appropriate yoga poses, great music, group activities and more. Develops strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Equal focus on breathing techniques and peaceful moments.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water. Yoga mats are available to borrow if you do not have your own.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.
