ADDITIONAL DETAILS
ATHLETES CLASS (SKATERS): Our class will continue to build on the stretching, flexibility, balance and strengthening work. Equal emphasis on focus, stamina and breath work. A great class for both those who have been attending regularly and new attendees!
ADULT YOGA CLASS: Enjoy a yoga class for yourself while your daughter takes her class. Open to all levels, even those with no prior yoga experience. Class will focus on stretching, lengthening and restoring. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water. Yoga mats are available to borrow if you do not have your own.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.
