CLASS INFO
Yoga for the entire family! Join us for this one hour class that will focus on playful poses, engaging games, simple breath techniques, partner family poses and a relaxing family savasana, all set to our theme of the month. Ages 3-8, but older children are welcome if they would like to participate.
AGES: Geared for kids 3-8 years old
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, mask
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.

HOW TO ENROLL: Select from 1-child pass or the family pass (good for all children in same household). Adults are free.
