I am excited to welcome back Michelle Gipner, owner of Yoga with Michelle, to teach an amazing active yoga class in our Summer Tuesday series! Not only do I personally love Michelle's classes for her upbeat style, awesome music, and great sequencing, but I always feel just plain GREAT walking out of her classes. Looking for a good workout? Check. Looking for a class suitable for all levels? Check. Looking for time to reflect and re-center? Check. Combine all of these with upbeat music (you may find yourself singing along) and you will love her class. Don't miss it!

Butterfly Kids Yoga: Nighttime Yoga

Join Butterfly Kids Yoga for a special nighttime yoga class in our Summer Tuesday series! Butterfly Kids Yoga's nighttime yoga is the perfect opportunity for kids to calm down and relax after a busy day. Geared for ages 5 - 12, we'll get the last of our pent-up energy out, and then we will round out class with relaxing nighttime yoga activities. PJs and a special snuggle buddy are always welcome!
