We are so excited to be back with Butterfly Kids Yoga classes, beginning next week at the studio! πŸ¦‹ Be sure to take a look at the class offerings below. You can sign up for a 4-week session or by individual class.

And, be sure to check out this short video of our studio, located in Fairport Village. I only wish that I could convey the relaxing lavender and essential oil smells too. Volume up :)

AGES 3-5

Yoga classes for the littlest yogis! We’ll practice poses together, stretch, play and read a yoga-inspired book or work on a themed activity together. Parents are welcome to stay or children may participate by themselves.

Studio classes:

  • After Lunch Little Yogis: Tuesdays, 1:30-2:30pm

  • Yoga + Story Time: Wednesdays, 10:30-11:15am

  • Yoga + Activity: Fridays, 11:15am-12:00pm

AGES 5-10

Let’s build strength, flexibility and confidence! We’ll have fun with yoga with themed activities, stretch it out, and enjoy mindful moments to end class.

Studio classes:

  • Kids Yoga: Wednesdays, 5:00-5:45pm

  • Kids Yoga + Mindfulness: Thursdays, 4:30-5:15pm

  • Kids Yoga: Saturdays, 11:15am-12:00pm

AGES 9-12

Yoga for pre-teens! Each class will provide an opportunity for tweens to be active, stretch it out, practice more advanced yoga poses, relieve stress, practice mindfulness, and enjoy a healthy activity.

Studio classes:

  • Tween yoga workshops: 1/mo, Sundays, 1-3pm

  • Stay tuned for a weekly Tween class β€” coming in October!

YOGA 170
