🍁 🍃 The Fall schedule is here! Please check out the great selection of classes and events that we’re offering in September and October — something for every age. And…we couldn’t be more excited to let you know that the popular Friday Night Yoga Club is BACK this fall. So, schedule your date night and send your kids to Friday Night Yoga Club…it’s the BEST kids night out.

I’m excited to let you know that we’ve added a pop-up class at the studio this Friday, 8/19 at 11:30am for our littlest yogis (ages 2-5). Join us!

What a fantastic week of Butterfly Kids Yoga camp we just had! We practiced tons of yoga, journaled, crafted, created zen gardens, partner-posed like crazy, made new friends, and had so much fun. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of it!

Today was a GREAT day!

We’re so excited to be offering yoga for all ages this summer at the studio. Summer in Fairport Village is so beautiful — after yoga, you can check out the boats, stroll on the canal, feed the ducks, walk to the library, grab a coffee or ice cream treat, or just rock in our chairs.

I can’t take credit for this quote, but I really loved it and I wanted to share it with all the mamas out there who I know are all juggling so much.
