(SPECIAL THEMED) FRIDAY NIGHT YOGA CLUB

FRIDAY, 1/11, 6:00 - 8:00pm. All the fun of Friday Night Yoga Club, plus we’ll be creating New Year’s intentions (“resolutions”, yoga-style) with fun, engaging activities to set achievable goals for ourselves. Ages 5-12. Enroll here. Need more info? Learn more about Friday Night Yoga Club.


NEW! TWEEN YOGA + CLASS

THURSDAYS, 6:00 - 7:30pm. In our new Tween Yoga + classes, students will enjoy a great yoga class followed by a themed activity. We’ll be active, mindful and incorporate various themes of health, wellness and self care in each class.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES CLASSES

ATHLETES! This is your class. Yoga geared specifically to improve flexibility, build strength, restore and prep for the week ahead. Simply enroll online and see you in class!

Ages 8-13. SUNDAY, 4:00 - 5:00pm. Enroll here.
