Thank you to everyone who participated in Butterfly Kids Yoga's celebration of Kids Yoga Day this week! This week's classes were super fun as we learned a great 5-minute sequence (to share at home too!) and this weekend I was proud to share the benefits of kids yoga + a class demo at the 2017 Toddlers & Tykes conference. I am proud and feel very lucky to be involved in an activity for kids that helps them be active, be mindful, and have fun along the way.
