And, new class alert! I'm excited to announce our new "Reboot and Restore" class for Teens, Collegiate Level and Adults. Sundays at 5PM. Full details and all August happenings below.
TUESDAYS (AGES 5-12) @ 6PM
A great class for kids to work on breathing, balance, flexibility, and an outlet for exercise! Balanced with time to recenter and reset. View schedule and enroll here.
