What a storm. And weekend update.

After the crazy weather here in Rochester, NY (now dubbed The Great Wind Storm of 2017), I hope everyone is safe, warm, and power has returned. Tonight's blog is one of gratitude, as news reports say there were no serious injuries as a result of yesterday's 80mph winds. But the outpouring of support that rose from the windstorm chaos...amazing. I sure am thankful to be part of this amazing community!

Breathe. Smile. A new class is here! Thanks to the great feedback from Butterfly Kids Yoga clients, I am happy to announce a new Tween Yoga class, beginning on Sunday, March 5. This class is geared for ages 8-12 and is perfect for Tweens looking to:

  • Improve strength, coordination, and flexibility
  • Increase focus and self-confidence
  • Learn mindfulness techniques 
  • Provide an outlet for a FUN and active class to unwind before the week ahead
