This week includes Kids Yoga for ages 5-12 (Tues), Align & Flow adult yoga (Tues), Sports Team private session (Wed), Tween Yoga (Thurs) and Yoga for Youth Athletes (Sun).

Yoga for You. Yoga for Your Kids. Meet the summer line-up!

Last summer, we introduced "Yoga for You. Yoga for Your Kids", a chance for kids and parents to come to yoga together, but each take their own class. Parents in one room, kids right next door. And now, a year later, "Yoga for You. Yoga for Your Kids." is a regular Tuesday 6PM event, bringing parents and kids together with yoga.

This summer, I'm excited to once again team up with talented adult instructors from around our community. We've brought together a great team of teachers that are all here to offer YOU the chance to take a great class. Check out the summer line-up and see you on the mat!

International Day of Yoga (and we're gifting to celebrate!)

The official International Day of Yoga is coming up on Thursday, June 21st and we're kicking off the celebration a little early! In honor of an actual DAY dedicated to all-things-yoga, Butterfly Kids Yoga will be raffling Athleta gift cards to several lucky winners from now through the International Day of Yoga. Because other than actually going to yoga, shopping for new yoga gear is also a very legitimate way to celebrate :)

New event alert! Join us on Thursday, March 8 for a Girls Mindfulness Workshop presented by Butterfly Kids Yoga, Athleta, and Athleta Girl. Geared for ages 6-12, this event is a great opportunity for girls to enjoy an evening of mindfulness, health & wellness. Plus, shopping perks, raffle drawing, and more!

High five's to all parents, families and kids out there! We are rounding the corner on completing the first full week of back to school here in NY. And as we all know, back to school is full of excitement. Seeing old friends. Meeting new ones. New teachers. Cool new back to school stuff. All so GOOD! High five's! And then, well, there is also the other part. Back to school exhaustion...yipes! Shivers and chills just saying those words. Raise your hand if any of these apply to you.
